Photography 1

For our third course assignment we were required to create a photographic portfolio that demonstrated our technical control of the manual settings of a DSLR or Mirrorless camera, as well as the application of fundamental compositional principles.

The purpose of the assignment was to demonstrate the ability to manipulate light and exposure using manual camera settings, while also showing an understanding of composition and visual storytelling. This involved controlling the relationship between ISO, aperture, and shutter speed to achieve the intended photographic result.

To demonstrate these abilities, we were given a list with five categories containing multiple options. From each category, we were required to select one option to include in this portfolio.
